We are seeking an experienced Corporate Governance Legal Counsel to join a Legal team within a regulated Financial Services environment. This role will focus on advising the business on corporate governance matters, entity management, and regulatory-driven governance requirements across the EU Corporate Governance Legal Counsel About the job:

  • Advise on corporate governance matters, including board and committee governance, policies, and frameworks

  • Support board and senior management with governance-related advice and documentation

  • Manage entity governance across EU jurisdictions, including statutory filings and corporate records

  • Draft, review, and negotiate governance-related legal documentation
