Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Event Planner to join a collaborative and high-performing team supporting internal employee events within a leading financial institution. This role will partner closely with senior event planners and internal stakeholders to coordinate and execute a variety of corporate events, ensuring exceptional attendee experiences and seamless event delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution of internal corporate events and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Coordinate event logistics, including scheduling, venue management, communications, registration tracking, and onsite event support.
  • Manage event-related data, attendee lists, budgets, and reporting using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft 365 applications.
