Corporate Development Associate

Your area of responsibility

As part of the newly created Corporate Development team, you will support the planning, structuring, and execution of company-wide change, program management and corporate development activities.

This role is focused on bringing analytical rigor, structure, and follow-through to internal projects that transform how the company operates and scales. You will work across functions, helping ensure that initiatives are well-defined, properly challenged, and executed efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the Director Corporate Development in overseeing the change program, including initiative tracking, governance, and progress reporting
• Gathering, analysing , and critically reviewing requirements from project leads, ensuring clarity, feasibility, and alignment with company priorities
• Translating complex ideas into clear artefacts (problem statements, requirements, decision logs...
