Cvent’s Corporate Development team serves a critical function by driving inorganic growth to support the company’s long-term strategic goals. Sitting at the intersection of strategy and M&A execution, the team partners closely with senior leadership across every department at Cvent in the full acquisition lifecycle including sourcing and identification, business case formulation, financial analysis, valuation negotiation, due diligence, and closing. While we rely on structured workflows curated through a strong track record of successful acquisitions, we always remain flexible to adapt to complex scenarios through creative problem-solving.
