Corporate Counsel EMEA

Overview

We are seeking a commercially minded Corporate Counsel to support our growing EMEA business. This role is ideal for a lawyer with 2–5 years’ post‑qualification experience (PQE) (or equivalent), who thrives in a fast‑paced, international environment and is confident advising on complex commercial transactions. Experience working on contracts across the Middle East is advantageous, but not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of revenue‑generating agreements, including SaaS, software licensing, and professional services contracts.
• Partner closely with Sales and Commercial teams to support deal execution while balancing legal risk and business objectives.
• Provide pragmatic, solutions‑oriented legal advice on commercial and contractual matters.
