The Siteimprove Legal team is seeking an experienced Corporate Counsel to join our global team of commercial, privacy, and compliance experts across the U.S. and Denmark. Based in our Copenhagen headquarters, you will serve as a strategic legal advisor to EMEA commercial teams and to our global privacy and security functions. In this senior role, you will apply deep legal expertise, advanced judgment, and a solutionsoriented mindset to accelerate business growth, reduce organizational risk, and strengthen Siteimprove s compliance posture. You will independently lead complex legal matters, influence senior stakeholders, and guide the business through sophisticated commercial negotiations and privacy requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
