Corporate Controller

IMPACTFUL Corporate Controller role for a north Orange County, PE-backed, multi-entity defense contractor.

Addison Group SoCal is engaged in a search for this newly created position during a time of YoY double digit growth and transformation in systems and processes. The Corporate Controller will expand and lead a solid team of 4, reporting to the VP of Finance.

You have a background in manufacturing, cost accounting & inventory, multi-site operations with a combination of large & small companies, overseeing periodic close, FP&A, cash flow, and liaison to top tier external auditors. Extra points for defense industry background/DCAA & FAR or CPA/CMA. Partner with BU Presidents in continuing to scale the business, providing insights into key metrics with improved data analysis. Participate in the company's technology upgrades and implementation of business intelligence & AI tools.
