About the Role
Roadzen is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Corporate Controller to lead global accounting operations, financial reporting, and consolidation for a fast-growing, Nasdaq-listed insurtech company. This is a high-impact Director-level role that sits at the intersection of technical accounting, public company compliance, and operational finance.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the global month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across all entities
- Lead preparation and review of SEC filings including 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, and proxy statements in coordination with external auditors and legal counsel
