The Specialist assists with managing the day-to-day operation of the compliance program and helps maintain a comprehensive process for an evidence-based compliance approach for the Compliance Department. Functioning as part of an independent and objective body within Dayton Children’s, helps review and evaluate compliance issues/concerns and ensure 100% compliance with the organization’s Corporate Compliance Program.
