  • The Corporate Chef is responsible for overseeing the culinary operations across all outlets, ensuring consistency in food quality, taste, presentation, hygiene, and cost management.

  • Key Responsibilities:

- Develop innovative menus and standardize recipes for all units .

- Ensure consistency of food preparation, taste, and presentation across all outlets .

- Train and supervise chefs and kitchen staff.

- Create and implement kitchen SOPs related to hygiene, storage, safety, and service.

- Work closely with procurement team to manage food costs and vendor quality .
