Location: McKinley / Ortigas (100% Onsite)
Schedule: Fixed Night Shift (including weekends & holidays)
Salary:

• PHP 18,000 – 21,000 Plus 3,216 Allowance ( No Call Center Experience)
• PHP 24,000 Plus 3,216 Allowance ( With Call Center Experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to corporate banking accounts
• Assist clients with account inquiries, transactions, and service requests
• Provide accurate and timely information regarding banking products and services
• Maintain professionalism and excellent customer service in every interaction
• Document customer interactions properly in the system
• Escalate complex concerns to appropriate teams when necessary
