Role Overview


The successful candidate will work closely with senior practitioners who are widely acknowledged for their capabilities in both public and private M&A. The role will involve exposure to a broad range of matters, including:

  • Public company takeovers and schemes of arrangement

  • Major private equity transactions

  • Cross‑border investments and foreign investment regulatory approvals

  • Consortium arrangements and private capital structures

  • Corporate governance and board advisory matters

    Candidate Requirements

  • 2-7 years’ PQE in M&A, private equity or capital markets

  • Demonstrated experience managing workstreams on complex transactions
