Corporate Associate to Senior Associate

This prestigious offshore firm is seeking to add strength to its highly regarded Singapore Corporate team with the hire of an Associate to Senior Associate (3–5 PQE).

The group is particularly busy with high-value corporate and transactional work, advising on a mix of offshore corporate, investment funds and finance matters. The practice is well known for handling complex cross-border deals, including private M&A, joint ventures, financing arrangements, capital markets transactions and IPOs.

Applicants should be Commonwealth-qualified (Singapore, UK, Australia, New Zealand, or Hong Kong) with 3–5 years’ PQE and a strong background in US capital markets and private M&A. Mandarin language skills would be a welcome addition, though not essential.
