Share transfers, capital and asset restructurings

Ongoing corporate advisory work
The Candidate
2-5 years' PQE in corporate law from a leading Singapore law firm or comparable practice
Solid exposure to Singapore corporate/M&A work, including structuring or reorganisation matters
Strong drafting skills and attention to detail
Commercial, responsive and solution-oriented
