Corporate Actions Expert

As a Corporate Actions Expert , you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring efficient management of corporate actions across global positions. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring Corporate Actions: Identify eligible global positions and follow up on events’ announcements, forecasts, and deadlines.
• Managing Election Processes: Interact with internal support functions, compile aggregated instructions, and ensure good receipt by agents/custodians.
• Strict Follow-Up: Ensure proceeds/results at payment date and follow-up controls to avoid breaks in reconciliations.

Responsibilities:

• Event Capture: Scrubbing and setting up corporate actions in operating systems (e.g., Picasso).
• Notification: Timely notifications to relevant stakeholders.
