About the Role: The Senior Associate supports the end-to-end Corporate Actions lifecycle for Prime Brokerage clients, including event monitoring, scrubbing, notifications, election management, booking, reconciliation, and break resolution. The role ensures accuracy, timely processing, and adherence to operational controls while coordinating with custodians, agents, internal teams, and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor Corporate Actions announcements in the US domestic market and identify eligible positions.
• Scrub and analyze event terms before sending notifications to clients.
• Manage the client election process for voluntary events, ensuring accurate compilation and submission of aggregated instructions.
