Job Description

Corporate Strategy, Planning and Financing Group will provide support to corporate planning and strategy, regular presentations to Board of Director and other important stakeholders, and special financing projects:

Project Financing  

  • Negotiate terms and conditions for project financing suitable for the requirements of the Project Companies and in accordance with the policy-guidance from the President. 
  • Recommend project financing terms and conditions for approval of the President. 
  • Coordinate with other business units to provide timely and complete information and documents required by potential lenders; Manage the credit due diligence, documentation and approval process. 
  • Maintain good relationships with banks and other financial institutions.
