**Responsibilities**:
Responsible for maintaining updated product and process risk analyses (FMEA D/P), evaluating their effectiveness, and coordinating the problem-solving process with applicable methodologies for optimal execution.
**Activities**:
**Activity 1**: Training multidisciplinary personnel in core tools.
**Activity 2**: Lead a multidisciplinary team for FMEA generation (P-D) based on APIS.
**Activity 3**: Generate process/design FMEA in APIS for new VDA/AIAG projects.
**Activity 4**: Maintain control of updates to the latest level of FMEAs - Control Plan.
**Activity 5**: Coordinate the reverse FMEA review prior to production startup (SOP).
**Activity 6**: Support multidisciplinary teams in problem-solving for effective analysis.
