What everyone does (core operator scope)

Regardless of background, everyone operates across the core:

• Partner and solution onboarding (Databricks, Snowflake, Nutanix, DataRobot, Samsara, etc.)

• Service provider recruiting (sourcing, vetting, onboarding)

• Proposal and client execution (fast scopes, responses, coordination, responsiveness)

Platform and operations (deal delivery

• billing flow)

• Finance and correctness (clean invoicing, collections support, bookkeeping hygiene)

• Escalation and problem solving (raise issues early, support fixes)
