Core Network Signalling Engineer – Operations & Maintenance

Location Rio de Janeiro - Remote position

We are looking for a Core Network Signalling Engineer to support the operation and maintenance of Core Network platforms (EPC / Signalling) in production telecom environments. This is a 100% technical and operational role focused on monitoring, troubleshooting, and handling critical incidents under a 24x7 shift model.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily operation and monitoring of 3G/4G Core nodes.

• L2/L3 incident troubleshooting and resolution.

• Troubleshooting signalling protocols (Diameter, SCTP) and IP protocols (TCP, GTP, HTTP, UDP, ICMP).

• Linux environment analysis (logs, services, networking).

• Ticket management, participation in maintenance windows, and KPI analysis.

• Technical interaction with global teams (USA and India).
