Job Description

• Issue materials and manage contracts for the CMP,
• Monitor performance of utility equipment against defined SLAs,
• Ensure uptime of utility equipment and network facilities,
• Carry out level 2 rectification of utility equipment,
• Coordinate with the core team for critical issues resolution,
• Track corrective and preventive maintenance of utility equipment,
• Monitor utility alarms and ensure closure of the same,
• Track consumption per hour of utility equipment,
• Ensure implementation of quality, health, safety, environment and,fire policies
