  • Candidate sourcing via Naukri, Shine, LinkedIn internal database
  • Resume screening interview coordination
  • Close collaboration with technical hiring managers
  • Maintaining recruitment trackers candidate pipeline
  • Offer rollout onboarding support

Required Skills

  • 2 years of core technical recruitment experience
  • Strong understanding of IT / technical roles
  • Excellent communication negotiation skills
  • Ability to handle multiple requirements
