Job Description

The IT Operation and Service Specialist for Asset & Configuration Data Management plays a key role in ensuring the accuracy, health, and reliability of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB). The position manages day‑to‑day CMDB data, acting as a bridge between the data and the IT teams that rely on it, while ensuring IT Service Management (ITSM) processes are strictly followed and enabling Product Service Lines (PSLs) to manage and consume CMDB data within ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

  • CMDB Maintenance (RUN Tasks): Execute daily operational tasks to maintain, update, and audit CMDB data content, ensuring high accuracy and reliability of configuration items (CIs) and their relationships.
