Job Description

Own the full recruitment cycle for Core Builder candidates: including channel sourcing, initial outreach, screening, online interviews, background verification, and onboarding guidance.

Independently manage weekly recruitment progress reporting and maintain the candidate database.

Go beyond existing public channels; proactively identify and engage qualified candidates through targeted channels such as Web3 social circles, creator communities, trading groups, and KOL referrals.

Explore and establish at least 10 sustainable referral channels (social media/ community/ forum, etc) for Core Builders.

Support Materials & Process Optimization

Assist in optimizing recruitment scripts, interview evaluation criteria, and onboarding materials.

Provide feedback on process bottlenecks and help refine recruitment standards during execu
