Copilot & AI Agent Specialist

Job Description

The Copilot & AI Agent Specialist is responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and continuously improving AI-powered agents using Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and related technologies to support business process optimization initiatives.

The role focuses on enhancing employee productivity, improving end-user support, reducing manual effort, automating repetitive activities, and providing intelligent assistance for process and system‑related queries across enterprise applications.

The specialist will work closely with Digital, Process Excellence, Procurement, Supply Chain, IT, and Business teams to identify opportunities for AI‑driven automation and create scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency and user experience.
