Our manufacturing client is seeking a COP Manager / Central Operations Platform Manager (10+ years) to drive AI adoption and practitioner enablement using Microsoft Copilot, Generative AI, and Microsoft

Join a project-focused initiative supporting AI adoption and knowledge sharing across multiple business units and operational sites. This role leads the development and sustainment of an AI Community of Practice focused on practitioner engagement, learning ecosystem development, and business value realization. The position works closely with business stakeholders, Digital Workplace teams, and leadership to support Microsoft Copilot and emerging digital capabilities initiatives.

Must Haves

  • 7+ years in project management, program management, operations management, or business transformation delivery

  • Communities of Practice, user groups, champion networks, or professional learning communities
