Position Summary

Under the supervision of the Director of AI & Shared Services, the Software License Delivery Coordinator is responsible for generating, validating, and delivering OPAL‑RT software licenses to customers worldwide. This role is essential to ensuring a smooth, accurate, and timely software delivery experience, while acting as a key operational link between internal teams and external customers.

Main Responsibilities

Software License Generation & Delivery:

• Analyze license requests submitted by accounting teams, sales teams, customers, and partners to fully understand customer needs and configurations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (sales, accounting, support) to clarify requirements and resolve ambiguities.
