Point Zero is looking for a Sale Coordinator who is tech savvy to help finding new customers across the web.

You will perform various administrative tasks, including answering emails, scheduling meetings and making travel arrangements.
For this role, a strong Internet connection is required, along with experience using communication tools like Facetime, Skype, etc.

Job Duties

  • Looking for new virtual clients
  • Support the sales team and sales management in developing client accounts
  • Coordinate new account appointment set up with the salesman
  • Manage a contact list
  • Organize managers’ calendars
  • Perform market research
  • Prepare customer spreadsheets and keep online records
  • Execute to completion Custom product projects – data, artwork and process including products and packaging
