Coordinator(Projects)

Job Description

• Manage operations of various projects (Including 24-hour operation Projects)
• Needs to handle and take care of multiple projects
• Activate Standby personnel or stand in for the absence of personnel in the project
• Rostering for operations/ensuring KPI maintained on all the projects under their care
• Visit the project sites and ensure deliverables of the project specs (Islandwide)
• Monthly attendance report and work report preparation and submission with the client for the necessary approval
• Invoice preparation and submission to the client for the necessary payment processing
• Join the recruitment manager for the necessary project recruitment and interview arrangements
• Collect feedback on the staff performance with the client
• Coordinate and arrange the needful logistics arrangement for the project
