The Opportunity

Reporting to the Manager, Human Resources, the Coordinator, Total Rewards is a key member of the Human Resources team. This role is one of two positions on the Total Rewards team, working collaboratively to support a multi‑provincial, multi‑location organization that includes clinical teams, administrative staff, customer contact centre employees, and radiologist partners.

In this role, you will contribute to the administration, coordination, and continuous improvement of Mayfair’s total rewards programs, including group benefits and retirement, leave management, and recognition and perks.
