Job Description

The Social Media Coordinator will support content execution and day‑to‑day social operations across the EMEA/APAC corporate social channels of THE·TEAM. Located in London or Madrid, the role reports to the EMEA/APAC Social Lead and works closely with Social Media Managers, creative teams, and communications stakeholders.

Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute daily content on THE·TEAM’s EMEA/APAC corporate social channels.
  • Schedule, publish and maintain content across priority platforms, ensuring consistency with brand voice and editorial standards.
  • Coordinate publishing workflows, support social‑first execution for campaigns, talent moments, company initiatives, and cultural conversations.
  • Draft social copy and build content in formats such as short‑form video, carousels, Stories and real‑time posts.
