Personnel Deployment & Scheduling
- Coordinate helper schedules to ensure sufficient manpower for production and operations
- Monitor attendance, leave requests, and overtime to maintain staffing efficiency.
- Assist in reallocating personnel during peak periods or operational changes.
Workforce Communication & Support
- Serve as the main point of contact for deployed helpers regarding schedules, assignments, and policy updates.
- Relay management instructions to client and production helpers and collect feedback.
- Listen to helpers’ issues and concerns and resolve them or escalate to the assigned Account Supervisor when assistance is needed.
