Personnel Deployment & Scheduling

  • Coordinate helper schedules to ensure sufficient manpower for production and operations
  • Monitor attendance, leave requests, and overtime to maintain staffing efficiency.
  • Assist in reallocating personnel during peak periods or operational changes.

Workforce Communication & Support

  • Serve as the main point of contact for deployed helpers regarding schedules, assignments, and policy updates.
  • Relay management instructions to client and production helpers and collect feedback.
  • Listen to helpers’ issues and concerns and resolve them or escalate to the assigned Account Supervisor when assistance is needed.
