The Position

As the Philanthropy Coordinator, reporting to the Director, Donor Services & Operations, you will provide critical administrative, CRM, basic prospect research coordination, and operational support across the Philanthropy department. You will strengthen team efficiency, support donor operations, and enhance departmental workflows and operational effectiveness across the Philanthropy team.

You are highly organized, proactive, and committed to supporting a mission-driven team. You anticipate needs, ask thoughtful questions, and excel at keeping complex operations running smoothly.
