Duties And Responsibilities
Monitor and supervise area operations through reports, system data, and regular coordination
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards
Coordinate with clients regarding manpower concerns, schedules, and performance updates
Review attendance, timekeeping, and payroll-related reports of assigned areas
Prepare and submit operational, incident, and performance reports on time
Assist in manpower planning, deployment, and replacement requests
Handle employee concerns, disciplinary documentation, and endorsements to HR
Coordinate with recruitment and HR teams for staffing requirements
Maintain accurate records and documentation for assigned areas
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or any related course (preferred)
At least 12 years of experience in operations, supervision, or area management
