Northview in Abbotsford seeks a Coordinator for Women's Ministry to lead initiatives and equip leaders during a maternity leave coverage. Drive programs that disciple women and connect with other ministries.
This position is a one-year opportunity on the Adult Ministries Team. You will oversee the Women's Ministry, focusing on the development of leaders and strategic programming. Effective collaboration with Men’s and Youth ministries will enhance the discipleship journey for women within the community. Strong leadership and teaching skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and lead Women's Ministry programs
• Equip and mentor leaders within the ministry
• Develop and execute effective discipleship initiatives
• Collaborate with discipleship teams for greater impact
• Report to the Discipleship Team Leader on initiatives
Requirements:
• Theological education or equivalent lay-leadership experience
