Job Title: Coordinator of Student Engagement

Reports To: Director of Student Engagement

Status: Full-Time, Exempt

Summary/objective: 

The Coordinator of Student Engagement at Mount Saint Mary College is a full-time, professional administrative staff member responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating activities that advance institutional priorities. This role involves developing programs and services that foster a sense of community, belonging, and leadership development among students. This position makes decisions about how programs are designed, how resources are used, how student leaders are supported, and how daily operations run. The role works with campus leadership to identify needs, develop solutions, and carry out initiatives that help students succeed and support the College’s goals.
