Job Description
Supports a portfolio of National Account Customers or Regional Chain Account Customers through day-to-day tactical, customer relationship management activity. Assists the Account Managers by coordinating customer activities and providing internal support to their customer account teams. Facilitates interactions between internal supporting departments and customer corporate office.
Organizes all essential communication for key projects, e.g. promotions, limited time offers and product changes
Manages order guide process
Reviews internal initiatives from a customer perspective to ensure proper execution
Coordinates new item setup
Directs internal Gordon Food Service teams in new restaurant location openings
Creates standard and ad hoc reports to support customer using the Data Warehouse. Analyzes reports to ensure data integrity.
