Job Summary

Main Objejctives and duties:

Administers Moodle LMS

  • Manage all Moodle courses/accounts/tools
  • Executes constant upgrades and backups to Moodle contents
  • Management of Courses, including but not limited to; updating course properties, creating courses and enrolling users via enrollment keys and/or batch processing, course utilities i.e. import, export, archive, restore, etc, course configuration options, group(s) and site hierarchy management.
  • Provide support to stakeholders and internal teams in the area of multimedia storage, course cloning, coping, backing-up, retrieving and setup processes.
  • Execution of User Management, including but not limited to; user accounts: batch create users, change passwords, customize information, etc, organization roles: i.e. create and assign.
  • Configure management and documentation of Reporting Environment and all custom reports.
