Coordinator, Inventory Operations

Position Overview

Part‑time Inventory Control role located in Whitby, Ontario (3016 Whitby RSC, L1N 9S1). This role requires 0–10% travel within Canada.

Responsibilities

• Cycle count product to ensure accuracy between EXE and physical quantities at the RSC
• Investigate large adjustments as required
• Process store claims when required
• Investigate missed let‑downs
• Keep aisles and walls free of pallets of product and loose cases
• Audit selection pallets for integrity and accuracy
• Adhere to, and implement all applicable company safety standards
• Maintain sanitation standards
• Work independently with minimal supervision
• Perform other duties as requested by the Inventory Control Manager
• Comply with all company food safety standards, guidelines and procedures
