JOB SUMMARY 

The Coordinator, Account Management, Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy (HVMB), works with the Director, International Account Management, HVMB, to provide finance-focused administrative and operational support to the Homes & Villas Account Management team. This role supports key partner finance processes, including payment setup, account updates, billing and remittance support, tax invoicing coordination, payment and voucher management, reporting, database management, and partner record maintenance. 


The Coordinator will support the International Account Management team and Home Management Company partners by ensuring finance-related partner processes are completed accurately, efficiently, and on time. The role requires strong attention to detail, comfort working across multiple systems, excellent follow-through, and the ability to coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners across global markets.
