Coordinator II

Your Opportunity:

Reporting to the Director, the Coordinator II position is the FM&E department’s single point of coordination for all Construction and project-related activities for Alberta Infrastructure, Capital Management, as well as internal FME Projects, preventive and demand maintenance shutdowns and service interruptions within the RAH/GRH/Gene Zwozdesky campus. This position will develop the scope of work tasks and responsibilities for contracted and in-house work with a variety of stakeholders. Working with Consultants, Clinical Leads, FM&E leadership, and frontline staff, the position’s role includes but is not limited to: coordination and scheduling of meetings, system isolations, work permits, drawing reviews, as well as ensuring all appropriate permits and approvals have been obtained.
