Coordinator Family Support Services

The role:

We are currently seeking a Coordinator Family Support Services (FSS) to join our Parenting and Families team.  As a Coordinator FSS, you are responsible for the successful management of Communicare’s Individual Family Support Service (FSS), a universal, early intervention program which is funded by the WA State Government and our Telethon grant funded services, working with Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CaLD) families.

Through the provision of values-based leadership to staff working within these programs, you will:

• Drive service excellence by identifying and implementing initiatives that enhance both efficiency and effectiveness.

• Foster strategic relationships by developing and maintaining key partnerships within the sector.

This is a fixed term part-time role until 18 December 2026, working 52 hours per fortnight, and is located in Cannington. <...
