**DCC employees working in Yellowknife are eligible for the applicable Isolated Post Allowance (IPA) established by the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat.**

For employees with dependents, per year;

  • Environment Allowance: $3,756
  • Living Cost Differential: $8,628
  • Fuel and Utilities Differential: $7,375
  • Total Annual IPA: $19,759

    • For employees without dependents, per year;

  • Environment Allowance: $2,256
  • Living Cost Differential: $5,172
  • Fuel and Utilities Differential: $4,425
  • Total Annual IPA: $11,853
