Job Description
The Coordinator, Facility Management, manages and administers facility management contracts for the Client-Partners. The incumbent carries out all administrative activities and duties related to facility management, maintenance and minor construction contracts. The incumbent may prepare maintenance management plans, conduct building systems inventories, and review computerized maintenance management system data and reports. The incumbent also applies financial and data management expertise to monitor budgets, prepare cost estimates, and support forecasting to ensure informed decision‑making and accurate reporting.
