Job Description
You will be responsible for ensuring the quality, accuracy, and compliance of technical drawings developed by the Technical Draftsmen team, ensuring that they meet the requirements of internal and external customers, as well as company standards and protocols.
You will manage multiple projects in different stages, monitoring progress, coordinating priorities, and ensuring that deadlines are met.
You will work closely with the Drafting Leader and team members, fostering the development of technical skills in Technical Drafters through constructive feedback and peer review.
You will maintain fluid communication with architects, engineers, and technical specialists,
documenting and recording the progress of assigned projects.
