Coordinator Construction & Contracts

Our Malanda team is looking for a knowledgeable & supportive individual to join our Road Services department as a full-time permanent Coordinator Construction & Contracts.

The Coordinator Construction & Contracts is responsible for providing project management and delivery of road and bridge construction, renewal and maintenance activities on Tablelands Regional Council’s (TRC) sealed and unsealed road network, including the coordination of capital and maintenance contract works. The Coordinator Construction & Contracts is to work in close consultation with the Coordinator Maintenance to ensure effective and efficient delivery of TRC roads maintenance, renewal and project activities.

At a functional level the Coordinator Construction & Contracts is responsible for and supervises the delivery of construction, renewal and maintenance activities and projects on:
