Coordinator Co-op, Member Programs and Communications

The Coordinator Co-op, Member Programs and Communications will provide program and marketing support to improve member experience and engagement in Foresters member benefits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct competitive research to support strategic initiatives
  • Assist with operational tasks on the Foresters Go app, new Community Grants platform and other benefits as needed
  • Support the development of grant resources and consolidate stakeholder feedback
  • Assist with roll out of new Legal Document / Loss Support platform, such as:
  • Developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Reviewing resources and website content
  • Compiling and verifying information
  • Organizing and cleaning up files
  • Provide support on other member benefits as needed
