Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless execution of projects and tasks.
- Maintain and update project schedules, timelines, and status reports.
- Act as a liaison between management and staff to facilitate smooth communication and effective operations.
- Prepare and report on work progress to upper management.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.
- Develop and maintain extensive filing systems for project documentation and records.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports.
- Handle and resolve administrative problems and inquiries.
