Job Description
Provide on-site assistance to our clients while they travel to Tijuana by visiting them at the hotel lobby, laboratory, and medical facility. This may involve assisting with paperwork, answering any questions they may have, and ensuring that they have all the necessary documentation and identification to complete the process.
Responsibilities
- Help Clients with payment processing.
- Oversee the client onboarding process, planning the client’s travel schedule, keeping the company calendar up-to-date with events, and collaborating with third-party entities such as hotels, medical facilities, and transportation services.
- Update all client information and tasks in our online client information system (CRM) in a timely manner.
