Cooling Infrastructure Leader – Data Centre

Nava is building next-generation AI infrastructure and GPU cloud platforms across APAC. As we continue expanding our hyperscale data centre footprint, we are looking for an experienced Cooling Infrastructure Leader to lead the design, operations, optimization, and reliability of mission‑critical cooling systems supporting high‑density AI and GPU workloads. This role is responsible for ensuring thermal resilience, energy efficiency, and operational excellence across Nava's data centre facilities.

As the Cooling Infrastructure Leader, you will own the complete lifecycle of mission‑critical cooling infrastructure, including strategy, design review, commissioning, operations, maintenance, optimisation, and sustainability initiatives.
